As promised, here are the results from today's weigh in. I must say we were a bit disappointed as we thought FOR SURE that we'd have a 20 pound baby among us...
Annie - 17 pounds 6 ounces and 28 inches long
Eli - 18 pounds 14 ounces and 28 inches long
Mikie - 19 pounds 9 ounces and 28 1/4 inches long
Annie has gained quite a bit on the growth curve while the boys have dropped. Eli went from the 50% to 25% which I was surprised by but he has also become very active in the past 2 weeks with his crawling, sitting, etc. Dr Lee is not the least big concerned.
We talked quite a bit with him about the concerns that Annie's Early Intervention team has regarding her muscle tone and sensory sensitivities. She put on a good show for him, displaying all of her "behaviors" while we were in the office. He watched her for a bit, asked us several questions and ultimately determined that while he isn't concerned at this time it is something to monitor. It feels good to hear him say this, we sort of thought he would. He is generally a "non-alarmist" which is one of the things we like about him. We'll see...
