Anyone who has spent any time with Annie knows that she is absolutely obsessed with books. She has always had a crazy long attention span when being read to. One particular reading session, when she was something like 6 months old, lasted 50 minutes ('Grandma' Vera was keeping track)! She is drawn to books before toys and will often sit and read to herself. I hope her love for books continues!
This afternoon I walked into the playroom (from the adjoining kitchen) and didn't see Annie anywhere. After looking behind the chair, beside the toy box and double checking the kitchen I started to worry. Had she somehow figured out how to escape??? And then I saw her. I think these pictures speak for themselves. I love this little girl!!!
