Cooling off

So many firsts!  Today we took the kids out for pizza at our most favorite pizza place - Il Forno in Goshen.  The kids ate and ate and ate.  Wow, can they put away the pizza!  When we got home we decided to let them have one final run around the yard before bed.  It was HOT today (100 degrees) and Nana pulled out the hose to water her flowers.  Before we knew it the kids were soaked to the bone and having a ball.  The joys of childhood were written all over their little faces.  Mikie was a bit cautious and preferred to play in the forming puddles while Annie and Eli went straight for the hose.  Bring on the dog days of summer!
